Great job Britt! - Ingredients: ·12 small, cage free eggs ·1 5.3 ounce (individual serving) cup of Greek yogurt ·12 slices of organic, uncured, slow cooked ham (lunch meat) ·1 1/2 cups of freshly chopped, organic spinach ·1 teaspoon of minced garlic ·2 tablespoons of chopped red onion ·1 teaspoon of @FlavorGod Garlic Lovers · 1/2 teaspoon of @FlavorGod Pink Salt & Pepper - Directions: · Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F · Generously spray a 12 slot muffin tin and carefully line each of hose slots with 1 piece of ham (arrange the ham in such a way that it will act as a bowl for your ingredients- be carful not to rip the ham in the middle!) · In a medium bowl, combine the minced garlic, onions, chopped spinach, Greek yogurt, and FlavorGod Seasonings and mix well. · Scoop a small tablespoon of the spinach mixture into each piece of ham and press down, leaving room for the eggs. (You may have extra spinach mixture depending on the depth of your muffin tins. Don't forget, it is important to leave room for your eggs!) · Crack an egg into each basket and top with a dash of FlavorGod Pink Salt & Pepper Seasoning. · Finally, bake your Greens, Eggs, and Ham for 15-20 minutes or until the yolk has reached desired firmness!
