- #MONEYDOESNTBUYHAPPINESS - Success to many people is viewed as having materialistic things or what they can buy to show everyone how “successful” they are. Sadly enough, most often, it’s to impress people they don’t even know. But we must not forget the true meaning of a happy life. - Success to me is not about how much money I have in the bank or what I buy. It's about what I can do with my success to contribute to changing the world in a positive way. It’s about touching the lives of strangers and giving them hope that the best is yet to come if they just believe. - Trust me, I have a collection of LV purses and CLB (red bottom) shoes, but the more I bought the more I was lead to ask myself, why? Why am I buying this? To “fit in” to show other people, "look how expensive of a purse I can buy to put me on some type of platform."? I realized I wasn’t buying it for myself but for the approval of others. So I completely stopped buying anything expensive but only living by my means to keep myself humble which is the best decision I have ever made. - - Success is about being happy from the inside out. I don’t know how many people I come across with money that are still very unhappy. The outsiders look at people with material possesions and think "they must have the perfect life." But having those things doesn’t mean that. I feel most people that are flashy are trying to cover up insecurities or have something they feel they need to prove. By saying “look what I have”. But it’s those who do things for others yet still remain HUMBLE that are truly the happy people. - - What do you all think? Do you think money can buy happiness?
