When I started my journey 4 years ago I was 93 pounds with no butt!? In this picture I weigh 115 pounds from consistent old school weight training.

With hard work and consistency it is possible to build a butt. I constantly have women ask me how to build one. Honestly it's just repetitive glute workouts day in and day out giving every workout your all.

I work damn hard for it I am seriously scared of my own leg and glute workouts.?? If you are not willing to put the work in year after year then don't complain when you don't have one. I have put in countless hours in the gym to build the physique I want and I am still working towards it.

My favorite exercise for glutes is lunges until failure with 50-100 pound barbell on my back which equals 100's of lunges in one session. I dare you girls to try this!?? Injections, implants and anabolics is no way to get an ass! WORK FOR IT!??
