I have to admit I've been MIA for a bit. I am human and I too go through struggles and down times I have fought with anxiety and panic attacks my whole life and it came back. BUT I FOUGHT MY WAY OUT BECAUSE I DONT KNOW WHAT GIVING UP MEANS!? I have come too damn far and have endured to much pain to take steps back! - Being out of the gym for a few months due to being burnt out after 30+ shows threw me for a spin. Focusing on my career as well as competing has been a lot on my plate. - Everyday I'm trying to find balance in this thing we call LIFE. Trying to be the best version of myself everyday isn't easy. - Being "softer" meaning not competition leanness year round has made me feel insecure lately because I am use to such a shredded image all year long. Trust me I find myself on the explorer page comparing myself to other women BUT I have to remind myself I am good enough just the way I am. Meaning fake boobs fake butts etc..it's not realistic and never will be. - Honestly being back on my schedule now and double day cardios I am back to my old self again..GRINDING and PUSHING myself to the limits everyday. MENTALLY & PHYSICALLY. - But still trying to find my BALANCE... - I am very hard on myself at times but I have to remember I am human and it's ok to have doubt and fear because at the end of the day I ALWAYS RISE ABOVE AND PUSH MYSELF TO FACE MY FEARS and only GROW STRONGER. - Remember YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH! Kick FEAR and DOUBT in the ass and let them know they don't belong in your mind! - You are and will be OK! As long as you choose to fight day in and day out! NEVER GIVE UP!?? - #LifeTimeNaturalAthlete
