A very late #BuonGiorno! These are the cookies we served at the end of #Persian dinner at @portofluviale's "salotto". From my mom's recipe, baked by chef @kmcorapi. Light & fluffy, just as they should be (I have devoured them!). Thank you very, VERY much for coming to our Persian evening, I hope you have enjoyed it as much as we have enjoyed hosting you. Thank you chef @kmcorapi for the brilliant idea of "sapori in viaggio" and for sharing this experience with me. Hopefully next time I won't have a flu! And thank you @portofluviale for having us!
