#BuonGiorno y'all! I present you the result of my weekend's experimental baking with #sourdough. I wanted something sweet that wouldn't require a ton of butter. (also because I had a bottle of cream that I wouldn't have used). Here's a cake-bread made with spelt and wholegrain wheat flour and coconut oil with a little whole brown sugar. In fact it's not very sweet and you could serve it with fresh or cooked fruit, curds, honey and even cheese with a cup of #coffee. It's #Monday morning and way too soon to plan the next weekend, but I'm thinking how I'd #hostbeautifully if I served it on a brunch! @Food52
