Little #sunday lunch! #pasta with mushrooms & the last zucchinis of the season and little bit of Parmesan cheese. This was a very special pasta, made of Solina flour, which is an #AncientGrain from the region of #Abruzzo in central #Italy. Ancient grains are those that have not been modified or transported by humans. They contain their good stuff and almost crap-free.
