#BuonGiorno! Rather late #breakfast and feeling still very much under the weather. So I'm trying to get as much as #VitaminC as possible plus the the ginger-turmeric-honey-lemon drink. Turmeric is a wonderful source of anti-inflammatory. And a banana-tahini #toast with wholegrain for energy and fiber.
