Singaporeans love food. (I like to indulge in char kway teow and roti prata myself, when I am tempted to eat something sinful.) So I was not surprised to see a bustling crowd at the new Ci Yuan Hawker Centre this morning, which opened just a few days ago.
Lo Man Pei (third from left), who came from Hong Kong, has 26 years of experience as a chef. He was looking to start his own restaurant, but decided to open a stall at Ci Yuan Hawker Centre instead. Wished him success with his new venture. Huat ah! :) - LHL (Photo by me)
