Went for a #jalanjalan at the #SingaporeRiver last Saturday.
The River has changed greatly from the days when it was lined with godowns, and tongkangs carried rubber, copra and rice to and from ships in the harbour.
Now the tongkangs have become a floating eatery, and bum boats carry tourists and patrons to the pubs, shops, and restaurants.
