Gio, 11, traveled to Kingston in March with his father, @ニューヨーク・タイムズ staff photographer Chang W. Lee. It was their first trip together as a pair. Before they left, Chang made it clear that Gio would have to assist with his shoots, working in the hot sun. “I really wanted to show him what I do,” Chang said. “I just wanted to teach him what it takes to make a picture so that he understands that every day when I go out, it’s not just me taking a camera outside and clicking a few times.” For #FathersDay2015, we asked our visual journalists to share stories about #fatherhood. #nytweekender
