My morning butt and legs workout ended with 30 heavy reps on the abductor machine superset with these abductor lifts with my lateral bands.
I love combining the heavy weight of the abductor machine with the burnout of doing abductor lifts until failure because it allows me to concentrate on targeting my glutes and results in the most isolation.
