Time to brag. I have held my tongue about this transformation of a dear friend long enough. Huge congratulations to @aysebarutlu - 4 months ago weighing 82kg told me she wanted to be on the podium as a 75kg lifter at Masters Pan Ams. See photo on the right. Enough said....i never doubted her for 1 minute that she could do it.
