Coach told me today wasn't the day to chase after it but i didn't listen. Thought i had it after how good they felt off blocks this morning. I will get this SOB next week. The first rep on 73 keeps feeling like cake weight and then i rush under the 2nd. Good news is i tied my current double PR at 70, first 70 double since injury. I am adamant on doubling this so i feel confident to open higher in Miami. Forward momentum. #weightlifting #barbellsandbows @miaclassic
