I come in to the gym every day with the attitude of wanting to be better than i was the day before. I want to beat the old me. Over. And over. And over. I am passionate & driven and i am very proud of the athlete i am becoming. My heart has always been in it but my mind was not. I have been lazy, emotional, uncommitted, made bad decisions and have been plain dumb in my training in the past.
