A: We believe it’s really important to pay attention to people tagging us on their posts, especially during events and seminars. Mainly are our students and bloggers to do so, and this is a good indicator of their engagement level and sentiment. Surely, we look at messages they share when tagging us or commenting our posts. Moreover, we analyse the number of followers and ‘hearts’.
