Yasuhiro Shibata, 29, holds 18 month old girl Ai, a daughter of one of his best friends after the spring festival of Suwa Shrine in Hisanohama where many parts of the community were destroyed by the 2011 monster tsunami and the residents felt the enormous fear due to the following Fukushima’s Nuke Power Plant disaster, since the area is very close.
