I'd spent my whole life being a size UK6-UK8 and never ate junk food or sugar, but with my cravings I put on 8 stone in weight across both of my pregnancies. I told myself I would never deprive my babies of having the best start in life and to me food is love. I now have two beautifully strong and healthy children along with the best outlook on an active and food fuelled life. We eat mountains of green leaves, fruit and vegetables and I ensure my children always have at least one form of meat each day even though I'm vegetarian. Skinny isn't sexy, strong is.
