Photo @pedromcbride // I once spent a season on Mt. Everest photographing a story on the #Sherpa and the heavy lifting the Nepalese people do for so many Westerners. While there are many crisis around the world, please consider carrying a load for the generous souls of Nepal as they need it in the wake of this catastrophic #earthquake. My good friend Jake Norton @mountainworld lived in Nepal, guided there and has set up #helpcarrytheload to get supplies to those that need it most. Although I’m currently in #Toronto speaking for #natgeolive about such work and #chasingrivers for the next three days, my mind in Nepal.
