Another #hotelwindowview, this time on Langkawi. :) Was there yesterday for the ASEAN Summit Retreat and Closing Ceremony.

Over the last two days, we made progress towards establishing an ASEAN Community by the end of 2015. We have also started working on what comes after that.

There are three priorities in this longer-term vision: - to deepen economic cooperation; - to cooperate in new areas like disaster management, nuclear safety, and transboundary pollution (i.e. haze); and - to strengthen ASEAN’s organisation and secretariat. - LHL (Photo by me)
