My favorite part of baking as a kid is licking the spoon. And in our own way, that's what we're hoping to share with people at the soon to open #DominiqueAnselKitchen -- a sense of standing next to us while we bake as if you're at home next to mom, and every bite tastes like you are licking the spoon. Made-to-order #chocolate mousse is one my favorite things. Super light and tastes airy and yet intensely of chocolate. I've been eating it fresh like this for 20 years and I'm excited we get to make it for our customers soon. #timeisaningredient (April 29th #WestVillage here we come)
