Thank you @beachbodychallenge @insanitymax30 for such an exciting and enjoyable fitness challenge. I started with my fitness goals to gain muscle, build strength, stamina and energy and gain definition to my body. I don't workout to lose weight, but to turn my weight into power and #insanitymax30 helped me to achieve that and so much more! I love pushing my limits and seeing what my body is capable of, and each routine was so motivational. @shauntfitness is an amazing instructor that really pushes you to achieve your maximum and I'm a fan of all of his programs. As a single mother to my 7yr old and 2yr old with no access to the gym it goes to show that you can get the body of your dreams from home and around having a family.
