So I've had a few weeks off of training because my body failed to ovulate and caused me a great deal of pain and blood loss, sorry TMI! I've been on medication to stop the bleeding and now iron tablets have got me back on track, I'm shaky and weak but have the all clear to return to #insanitymax30 training again and I've never been so relieved to do a workout! I've got a long way to go until I'm back on track fitness wise but I burnt my entire body today and my muscles are singing like a harp, tomorrow I will be stronger and the day after even more so. We will always get knocked back in life, but it's not about how many times we hit the floor that matters, more the fact that we get back up and say "is that all you got!?"
