I really enjoy lifting but most days are a struggle with long or hard cardio sessions. Low intensity cardio can burn fat but it feels like forever on any stationary equipment. As I mentioned before I have ADHD and to hold my attention for anything is a struggle lol. That's why I always do something like read, answer emails, post pictures, listen to music, or entertain myself on my phone if I'm alone doing an extended cardio sesh. I much prefer HIIT for leaning out and cardiovascular health and sometimes too much low intensity can burn into hard earned muscle gains. Don't let boredom keep you from reaching your goals! 🙌😘.
