Happy to have Successfully defended my Senior Women's Javelin Title at the NZ Track and Field Champs this afternoon! Threw a SB of 53.25m which is also another World Uni Games 'B' Qualifying Standard ✔️
Am pumped for the next couple of weeks where ill compete at the Melbourne Challenge and Australian Nationals where I'll be looking to peak and throw some new PB's ?
