Believe, Trust & Enjoyment. These are the three most reoccurring words that are found in my training and competition diary from the European season. Over the years I’ve always found it quite easy to write these words down, but it’s not been until reflecting upon my season that I truely feel I have a more HONEST connection to what these words mean for me. BELIEF that I am good enough. TRUST in my team, my preparation, my skill set, and my body. ENJOYMENT of where I am, with the people around me and of every competition no matter the outcome.
