Rio de Janeiro. Melissa Carter, one of my photo workshop students, relaxes at dinner. Melissa is here in Rio with her mother who is also her primary photo subject. My workshop in Rio had students shooting their personal essays while I concurrently photographed the final pictures for my BeachGames zine upcoming.
