Happy hump day my sweethearts, I'd like to show you this throwback to last summer as my #womancrushwednesday post today. I'm a single mother to my two children aged 7+2, which happened a year and a half ago just a few days after I came out of hospital from having a breast reconstruction. Since then I've rebuilt my heart, body, mind and soul and found peace and happiness in life. It's been the hardest thing I've ever done but the most incredible experience at the same time. From our deepest sadness comes our greatest joy. I want you all to realise that everything is possible in life, and change happens wether we like it or not. One day you're pointing south and the next you could be pointing north and everything you ever knew, recognised or felt safe with can be gone. But please don't give up, ride it out and stand even taller for carrying that weight on your shoulders and coming through it. Everyday my life changes and I'm blessed to share it with my two incredible children and proud to be a single parent, because although I never gave my babies the perfect family of a mummy and daddy, white picket fence etc. I've given them my all every single day and I will do until I die. Life is what you make it, so why not make it the best experience possible? Stay blessed and cherish those you love.
