Combahee River. From my exhibit ESTUARY, photographs from the ACE BASIN. If you are in Charleston, SC this week stop by the Charleston Library Society, 164 King Street. Reception starts at 5:30 pm on February 12. Free and open to the public, all are welcome.
Just 30 miles from Charleston, lies the ACE Basin, an estuary formed by the confluence of the rivers Ashepoo, Combahee and Edisto and preserved by the confluence of a community. Photographs from the last 8 years there were published as Lowcountry Legacy in @ナショナルジオグラフィック and on display this week for the annual Southeastern Wildlife Exposition.
