On the blog, a small rant about how something as basic as crispy egg is turned into a 'trend' by the food world.
It's not my inherent style to be perturbed by these things, food is just food. But when people who call themselves food writers (and cookbook writers) can't even cook properly then i find the mediocrity difficult to stomach.
