It's so hard to concentrate on today and just be happy with what we have right now at this moment. We always think about past, we regret about some negative things, happened in the past, we keep good memories from the past and sometimes keep playing them in our minds. We also like to think about future a lot, especially, if some exciting event is coming up. And sometimes we forget that NOW is the most important thing, cause it's actually happening today and we'd better enjoy it, because tomorrow it'll be gone, tomorrow will be new day, new events, new people, new feelings, maybe even new us.
