Ive been working on tall snatch to increase my speed under the bar... The first time i did those i barely got 80pounds... Now this is 110 ? love any improvement!!!
Tall snatch:
1.start from standing position
2.shrug
3. Pull under
4. Receive in an over head squat and stand
Make sure to retract your scapula when executing this... Have fun
