Barbell cycling.
Something I have been doing a lot of lately.  I have only been doing it with power oly lifts but this was my first week with changing it into squats. (Something I need to work more on ?) The main purpose of this is to practice moving consistently with increasingly heavier weights. My last set of threes in squat cleans were at 195 - looking forward to that number going up ?
