Good to be back at @crossfitunionsquare just got my evening session in... One of the good things with working with pounds is that you never really know what's on the bar ;) last lift at 245lbs

Dip short and crisp, hit full extension before diving underneath it, fast under the bar, lost tension a little and the balance in the catch, I know what to work on then!
