Had fun launching the second season of @hpbsg’s One Million KG challenge this morning.

Here I am trying my hand(s) at the ViPR exercise gear. It’s tougher than it looks, but it definitely gets the heart pounding!
There are many ways to keep fit. We recently launched ActiveSG to make it easier for you to get into the habit. Technology helps (I wear a Jawbone myself!). But a simple change in habits - like climbing the stairs instead of taking the lift - can make a difference too.
