I can't believe another year has passed so quickly, here's a flashback to me in 2013 vs me now in 2014. When I took this picture I'd just become a single parent to my two children, my son had just celebrated his 1st birthday and I was weak and healing from my breast reconstruction as a brunette. Today I am confident in my own skin, I see my flaws and weaknesses and use them to motivate me, my heart, mind, body and soul are at peace and I take each and every day for the blessing that it is. Sometimes we have to reach our weakest point in order to become what we are destined to be in life. No matter what gets thrown your way always deal with it with a positive attitude, grace and a great big smile because life is far too short to concern yourself with the people who don't matter and the things you can't change.
