Here's a move to incorporate into your butt and leg workouts tomorrow:
One legged get ups with a front lunge. These are great for isolating the glutes and quads and challenge your balance and stability. The great thing about this exercise is that you you can use no weight and still feel it! If you're beginning, use physical assistance like a bar or tap yourself up with the opposite foot. For the more intermediate girls, body weight is suffice, and for the advanced girls, add a dumbbell!
