WARHOL’S WOMEN: This fall, our NY Contemporary Art sales will feature an unprecedented lineup of Andy Warhol’s most iconic female stars. The group is led by a mint green portrayal of Elizabeth Taylor, Liz #3 (Early Colored Liz), which is estimated in the region of $30 million. The sales will also include one of the very best Warhol portraits of Brigitte Bardot and portraits of Marilyn Monroe, Jacqueline Kennedy, Judy Garland, and Debbie Harry.
