So I've been a little stressed lately from work. Who doesn't feel the pressure from time to time right? Loss of concentration, upset tummy, skin goes crazy? Well mine does! Anyway, so my peak pose I get into when feeling like this is the head stand with variation. This pose is so therapeutic for stress that research says it calms the brain and helps to relieve those ugly side effects from stress and mild depression. Tip: hold for 10-30 seconds, then repeat on the other leg.
