Good morning! My peak pose for this morning is the Camel Pose or Ustrasana. Make sure you are warmed up with plenty of pre-warmup poses before you head into this pose. Since I'm in training for the @BlackmoresAustralia Sydney Running Festival this pose is not only beautiful heart opener BUT a fantastic pose for improving posture whilst providing a very deep stretch for my ankles, thighs, groin and psoas (hip flexors). When running its super important to stretch your hip flexors to avoid injury. I've injured them before and trust me it hurts!
