I used to have quite jiggly arms, (often referred to as bingo wings hahhaha). Seriously I tried everything to firm them up but never really got anywhere. BUT after taking up vinyasa yoga and doing lots and lots of Chaturangas (pictured), I can now actually see my triceps and have no more arm wobble! So if you're looking to tone up your arms in time for summer, start practicing your sun salutes over and over again! My fit tip: Go super slow during your chaturangas and don't let your quads touch the ground during this short and powerful sequence, believe me you'll feel it the next day in ur arms.
