It's probably one of the hardest yoga poses to master, but hey I'm always challenging myself. The Scorpion! Such a strong pose, you'll def feel your strength in your shoulders, back and abdominals while trying to balance on your forearms. Tip: make sure you can do a forearm stand first before attempting this pose.
