If you've been at your desk all day like me and need a good closing stretch for the afternoon, try the seated forward bend or in yoga terms #Paschimottanasana. It's a deep stretch for the hamstrings, spine and shoulders. Believe it or not this stretch calms the brain, helps relieve stress and reduces fatigue. Big tip: stretch forward from your chest.
