Today's HIIT workout consisted of 8 sets of 40 jump lunges with 1 minute in between each set. If you're pressed for time and want to get an intense workout in, give this one a try! I have been incorporating plyometrics into my workouts for over 2 years now and I have NEVER had a leg pump like this! If you're beginning, try doing 10 jump lunges for each set and then work your way up. As you progress you can also lessen the time in between each set. My new goal is to do a full minute of jump lunges. Try setting a goal based on your personal fitness level and work towards it!

Interval training is a great way to burn fat and plyometrics are one of my favorite types or workouts to tone and tighten my legs and Butt. #fitandthick #fitandthicktip
