This is my paleo recreation of Maui onion rings.
They tasted as good as I remember, but they're a little messy (use a fork) ?. I dredged them in melted ghee (I used omghee), and then a combo of coconut & almond flours with #flavorgod garlic lover's seasoning. Then I placed on a lined cooling rack, and baked at 375° for about 10 minutes (or until browned). I served with a paleo ranch (I used the recipe from The Clothes Makes the Girl blog) with a little more garlic lover's added in.
