INGREDIENTS : for roll ●1 -egg ( scrambled ) ● 1/4 cup - bacon ( cooked, crumbled) ●1 sheets - nori ( edible seaweed) ●1/4 of an - avocado ( sliced thin) ●About 1/2 cup - cooked short white rice ●1 - asparagus (blanched) keep it long ●1/4 cup - spinach ( blanched than seasoned with #flavorgod seasoning ●1 teaspoon - @Flavorgod Seasonings seasoning

DIRECTIONS :

1. Cover a bamboo rolling mat with plastic wrap.
2. Cut nori sheets in half. Lay 1 sheet of nori, on the plastic covered mat.
3. Wet your fingers with water and spread 1/2 cup of the rice evenly onto the nori.
4. Turn the sheet of nori over so that the rice side is down.
5. Place egg, bacon ,avocado, spinach, asparagus, in the center of the sheet. Grab the edge of the mat closest to you, keeping the fillings in place with your fingers, and roll it into a tight cylinder, using the mat to shape the roll. Cut roll into 6 pieces. ** Serve with hot sauce or mango salsa.

INGREDIENTS: MANGO SALSA ●1/4 cup - mango (chunks) ●1 - juice from lime ●1/4 - jalapeño ( diced) ●1/4 cup - tomato (diced) ● 1/4 cup - cucumber (diced) ●1 tablespoon- red onion ( diced) ●Sprinkle @Flavorgod Seasonings lemon and garlic seasoning to taste.

Mix all ingredients in bowl and pour mango salsa over breakfast roll.
