@Flavorgod Seasonings Garlic California Roll seasoned with my #FlavorGod garlic lovers seasoning!

This was delicious! I made this the other day in my kitchen in addition to a few other sushi rolls! Sushi is challenging but easier to make than it looks! My #FlavorGod Seasonings were awesome in this!

INGREDIENTS:
●1/4 - medium avocado ( sliced into 1/4-inch thick pieces
●1 sheets - nori (edible seaweed)
●About 1/2 cup - cooked short white rice
●1 tablespoon - sesame seeds, toasted ( white & black )
●1/4 small cucumber, and cut into matchstick size pieces
●1 crabsticks, cut into pieces
●1 teaspoon - @Flavorgod Seasonings garlic lovers seasoning
●1 teaspoon - masago (fish eggs)

DIRECTIONS:
1. Cover a bamboo rolling mat with plastic wrap.
2. Cut nori sheets in half. Lay 1 sheet of nori, on the plastic covered mat.
3. Wet your fingers with water and spread 1/2 cup of the rice evenly onto the nori.
4. Sprinkle the rice with sesame seeds, @Flavorgod Seasonings garlic seasoning and masago. Turn the sheet of nori over so that the rice side is down.
5. Place about 1/4 of the cucumber, avocado and crab sticks in the center of the sheet. Grab the edge of the mat closest to you, keeping the fillings in place with your fingers, and roll it into a tight cylinder, using the mat to shape the roll.
6. Cut roll into 6 pieces. Serve with your favorite sauce and pickled ginger. Enjoy!
