Ok let's try this again.
For those of you not familiar with my page please get acquainted with sarcasm and dry humor because it is used often.
Alright so on to the point. The people who preach they "eat clean" claim it means staying away from processed foods....yet drink protein shakes. THEY ARE CONTRADICTING THEMSELVES. Got it?
I don't believe in "clean eating". The term itself is stupid for lack of a better word. So what do I incorporate into my daily lifestyle? Flexible dieting. Don't know what that is? Look at @hcafitness and I will have a post up in about 1 minute.
