Horizontal rows ? Great exercise to pair up with push ups because it works your back ? it also helps to improve posture too!⬇️ ?Keep you neck long during the whole exercise (I call it turtle neck ??) this will stop pressure in you neck and shoulders and target the area between your shoulder blades ? only go up as far as you can keep your turtle neck and go all the way down (straight elbows)? I like to do little power sets, 5push ups then 5rows (four times), making sure I keep good technique ?? ps. I can't believe the sun is still shining in the middle if winter!! ?☀️? #horizontalrows #fitness #abbodysquad
