Lunges. A great way to progress from squats and really challenge leg strength and balance. I've just started to put these back into my training program to change things up again ? ❕In any type of lunge there are a few important key points❕

1⃣ keep your weight in the heel of the front foot at all times
2⃣ don't let the front knee move forward past the line of the toe
3⃣ squeeze the front knee out in line with the pinky toe on the way down and up

Start with both feet on the ground while you build strength in the movement then you can work up to this variation with the back foot lifted to add an extra challenge!

3 x10 each leg..Get those legs and glutes burning!! ?? #lunge #fitness #abbodysquad
